CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are preferred (1) week in advance before the scheduled date. If the client chooses to cancel you will lose your non-refundable deposit. Once a client has canceled Ashley Dalton is no longer responsible for your makeup look/services in any capacity.

REFUNDS:
No refunds will be made. The non-refundable deposit is not refundable and the service the day of your wedding no matter the outcome is not refundable.

PAYMENTS:
The final balance is due in its entirety on the day of your makeup service as one payment - no exceptions. Payment must be made with Cash, paypal (additional fees applies) or cashapp.

MAKEUP CONTRACT:
A makeup contract will be created and signed by myself and the person in charge of booking the makeup services. This contract will outline and specify what we discussed, the cost of services, time, date, location, number of people receiving makeup services and time of services for each client. All deposits must be paid at the time of signing the contract for all people getting serviced.
It is important that you thoroughly review the contract. I am not responsible for any delays, mishaps or persons who cant get their services.

DEPOSITS:
A non-refundable deposit is due the day of our consultation to secure your date/time of your booking.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
We appreciate our Ashley Waist Gang customers and your satisfaction is very important to us! However, we can not accept returns on waist trainers for your protection. With the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we can not EXCHANGE/REFUND any merchandise at this time. While the fluid nature of this unfortunate situation may affect customer service, we hope you can understand. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
It is imperative that you get your correct size so you can start your waist training journey. We understand that sizing can be confusing because each person is shaped differently. To help you make the process easier we offer a complimentary sizing service. You can send a clear photo of your body (without your face) like shown below so we can help you get the correct size.

SHIPPING:
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your waist trainer. For all International shipments please allow 7 to 20 days. If there are any major delays a member of our team will contact you.
